* Root Chakra ~

Located at the base of the spine, the tailbone area, and flows around to the front, pubic bone area. 

Filled with garnet gemstone sand. Garnet energies assist one in grounding, anchoring us in the present and strengthening our bond with mother earth. 


* Sacral Chakra ~

Located 2 inches below the navel, center of the lower belly and flows around to the lumbar area. 

Filled with carnelian gemstone sand. Carnelian energies assist in the releasing of past emotional traumas. Assists in creative expression, passion and desires.


* Solar Plexus Chakra ~ 

Located 2 inches above the navel.
