My journey into the natural world started when I was around 9 years old.
It was that connection made with nature; the plants, the trees, the dirt, the smell of the rain, the blooming flowers, the insects, seeing how it was all intertwined opened up a whole new world for me. Guess I could say that nature was my first love.
When I was in my late 20's that journey lead me to the herbal world of plant healing medicine.
For the past 25+ years my journey has been nurtured through workshops, online classes, books, fellow herbalists and spending time immersed in the beauty of nature - tasting, smelling, feeling, connecting with and preparing medicine with the plants.
This journey has also led me to the art of energy healing. My reiki attunement journey began in 2014. 3 years later I earned my 4th degree in the Usui lineage.
I also enjoy studying and practicing on the healing of flower essences and the chakra system. I love how energy healing blends so beautifully with the emotional and mental health aspects of herbalism.
In 2020, I began my journey into the world of crystal healing.
The beauty of this type of healing is how the energy from the crystal flows into the body, gently circulating throughout the entire chakra system, while gently assisting the body in coming back into balance.
Working with the energies of crystals has been such an amazing experience.
I decided that I wanted to take it a step further and search for authentic, high vibrational energy crystals to offer those who are feeling guided towards this type of healing.
